RIBBON-CUTTING & RECEPTION:
The Hall of Fame inductees and their guests attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Historic Eureka School Museum followed by a reception held before the induction gala.
The Hall of Fame inductees were honored at a brunch the morning after the gala. The brunch was held at the school district's central office meeting room on October 5, 2018. Students from Hattiesburg High School and N. R. Burger Middle School were present to meet the new Hall of Fame members.
Several of the Hall of Fame inductees were able to stay to be introduced during a pre-game ceremony at the Hattiesburg High School homecoming game on the night of Friday, October 5, 2018.
The Hall of Fame inducting gala was held in the 2nd-floor ballroom of the Historic Eureka School Museum on the evening of October 4, 2018. Nearly 240 people were present to honor the Inaugural Class members.
These pictures show each of the Hall of Fame inductees individually and with the award presenter. All of the pictures display the unique Eye of the Tiger award that was specially made by Hattiesburg artist Erik Eaves.
